Today woke up very tired. Dragged my feets to work. Went for running, didnt run much today. Had shin splint on both legs. Wonder is it due to my moderate flat foot causing this pain...Think I'm going to take my Ippt end of next month, quite far away, 1 month away. Hope can pass my Ippt den I can go and see doctor about my leg...Tmr having duty and den fri sat sun off! Pls dun interrupt my long wkend xD
